• How do I place an Order? 

1) Register yourself by providing your official e-mail id. 
2) Validate your e-mail by logging into your mailbox and activating your account by clicking the link sent to you. Once activated you can login and browse our range of products. 
3) Add your selected products to the shopping cart and update the quantity you want to order. 
4) Validate your address and contact details, as we will need to deliver your consignment and update you on the order status of the consignment. 
5) Initiate your payment through our payment partner. Once the payment is confirmed, your will receive an order no. with the status of the order update against your account. If there are problems in making your online payments then call us on +91 8867257359 to let us know, we will solve your problem. 
6) You can check your order status against your order ID for tracking till the consignment is delivered to you. 

• What mode of payments does the store support?
The store supports all major credit cards and Debit cards including Net banking feature. But will not support the Cash On Delivery (COD). 

• Why is there a minimum order quantity for every product?
This store is a B2B store. It has been created for EdgeVerve partners so that they can use Original EdgeVerve Merchandise for business promotion and gifting purposes. That is why there is a minimum order quantity for every product. You cannot order smaller quantities than mentioned on the website.

• How safe is this online transaction?
It is absolutely safe to transact. It uses the secured gateway, as other standard online store uses. 

• Is this store open to all general public?
The store has been created for EdgeVerve Partners and has minimum order quantities for every order. However, there is nothing stopping anyone else from ordering Original EdgeVerve Merchandise.

• Are there any limits in purchase?
No. Not really. You can purchase any items listed in the store and up to any amount and quantity. 

• Can I get this delivered to any place wherever I want?
Yes. But the delivery address should be within India and it should have a courier network. 

• Is it compulsory to register as a User to purchase at stores?
Yes. It is compulsory to register to make a purchase.

• What is your return policy?

• What is the time that you take for delivery?
We take 2 weeks to deliver most of our products. In case any of our products take longer time to deliver, we will keep you informed at the time of ordering or after order confirmation. 

• How are my items packaged and made tamper proof? 
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses so as to avoid any form of damage. All electronic items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. 

• What are the delivery timelines and charges? 
This is a B2B store and we don't always have inventory in large numbers ready with the EdgeVerve logo. For that reason, we will take 3-5 days to ship any order you place. From the time we ship the goods, it will take additional time for the goods to reach you depending on the courier mode you choose and your city.

You can choose one of the three shipping methods:
- Priority Courier(Recommended if your order is urgent) - We will send the consignment by a priority/air courier. This will get delivered to your location within 1-4 days, depending on the distance from Bangalore and air connectivity. This is one of the fastest modes of shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated based of the weight of the consignment and your location and displayed at the time of placing the order.
- Regular Courier(Recommended if you have sufficient time) - We will send the consignment by a regular surface courier. This will get delivered to your location within 3-8 days, depending on the distance from Bangalore. This is one of the more economical modes of shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated based of the weight of the consignment and your location and displayed at the time of placing the order.
- Paid by receiver - In this case, we will send goods by a transport service on "to-pay" basis. That means you will have to go to the transporter's office in your city, make the payment for the parcel and collect the goods. This is applicable only if there is a transport service like that from Bangalore to your destination. However, you don't have to pay anything for shipping at the time of placing the order. The time taken for the goods to reach you might be anywhere between 1-10 days depending on the distance from Bangalore and service offered by the transporter.

• I would like additional customization on the product. Is that possible?
Yes. For most products, we provide a facility to add 1-2 more details on the product - like your business name, phone no, address, etc. You can mention these details at the time of placing the order in the Additional Customization section. This comes at at extra cost, which is mentioned at the time of placing the order.

When you place such an order, our design team will revert to you with a soft copy design. We will initiate production only after you have confirmed the same. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the spelling and other details are correct when the design is sent to you. If there is a mistake in the design and you approve it, we will not be able to take any responsibility of correction.


My money was deducted from my account but order wasn't confirmed/transaction failed. What should I do?

This usually happens on a slow connection, if the payment servers freeze, or if you accidentally close the payment page before it auto redirects to our website. In case the order doesn’t go through (i.e - you don’t receive an order confirmation email) but you’ve still received a message from your bank or wallet provider stating that the amount has been debited, don’t worry!

We will have to check the status on our payment gateway. The payment status can either be captured, pending, or failed

In case the payment status at our end is captured, we will create an order for you, for which we’ll need the details for the product you want to order, shipping and contact details .
If it’s pending, we’ll have to wait for sometime for the gateway to confirm the payment.
If it’s failed or bounced, your bank should reverse the payment to your account within 3-7 days.
