Those who return any product, the amount will be credited automatically in the account which you can use for any further purchase. It takes around 7 days to get the refund. If the product you purchase, is not of accurate size or the item is defective, you may also go for exchange. In this case the new item will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost but it all depends on the availability of the item in the stock.
Those items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unused. They should be in their original packing and all the tags should be intact. No broken tags will be accepted. For example, if you wish to return the T-Shirt which you bought from EdgeVerve Brand Store, then it should be in its original box with proper packaging.
